Because every item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Personal preference
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.
We'll happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
